2hr (remote) team retrospective. As a member of the Mural Consultant Network, this virtual whiteboarding tool can be used to support collaboration without need for licence complications /added cost. Session to include: - (Optional) Mural familiarisation & retro scene-setting - Icebreaker (indicate preference from options), - Review open actions* - Review team metrics* (examples of useful data include Cumulative Flow Diagram, Cycle Time Scatterplot, 'planned vs achieved' velocity chart) - Team kudos & close *indicates dependencies. (Discounts available for regular bookings)
Cancellation Policy
Student substitutions or postponements for classes are accepted at any time prior to the start date. It may be best to contact us by phone (07557025680) if its a last minute change. Student cancellations must be made via email to admin@smagile.co.uk. Refunds for student cancellations may be available as follows: Cancellation received more than 21 days prior to the first day of class = 100% refund of course fee less transaction fees*. Cancellation received more than 10 days prior to the first day of class = 50% refund of course fee less transaction fees*. Cancellation received less than 10 days prior to the first day of class = no refund provided. A £50 fee will also be charged for Agile Mastery Pathway courses if cancelled after courseware *Transaction fees are typically @2.5%, depending on the service chosen at checkout
